Product Introduction

This sludge dewatering machine filters slurry from granite, marble, quartz, concrete, artificial marble and other materials. Water resources can be recovered after sludge treatment via gravity settling.

Slurry discharged into the wastewater collection tank is pumped by a submersible pump into the upper water storage tank of the dewatering machine. Sludge flows by gravity from the storage tank into the filter bags, where excess water drains out while the sludge remains trapped within the bags, achieving slurry dewatering. Automatic pump control is employed, with liquid level detection switches automatically controlling pump start and stop.

Feature

This sludge dewatering machine utilises a 6-valve bag system, with each valve group equipped with a shut-off valve. Once the filter bags are filled, the valves are closed to expel water from the slurry bags, achieving sludge/slurry drying.

The sludge dewatering machine is a compact and economical unit designed for rapid removal of slurry from circulating water.

The equipment comprises a sludge station, collection bags, and a sludge pump. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, premium valves, and a robust electrical system, it offers durability and is available in 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-bag configurations.
